摘 要

The equal allocation of non-separable cost (EANSC) value is a solution concept developed initially by engineers and consultants of the Tennessee Valley Authority in 1930.s. We provide an axiomatization for it. We also give a non-cooperative interpretation for the EANSC value. We establish an extensive form game and show that the EANSC value is the unique subgame perfect equilibrium outcome of the game.
